Hi,
No, this isn't 'technically' possible. Refills are a closed format.
HOWEVER, upon saying that, somebody recently wrote a utility that allowed one to extract the files from refills. I don't know what it's called though or how well it works.
Search for "refill unpacker" here at kvr.
