sort of. I believe you need to use its audio editor-like thing, and record your audio as "samples" and then trigger them as events from the sequencer.
It's been a long time since I used CMuzys, and I never got on with the audio side of things (which is why I gave up, really), so I'm not the authority on the subject, that's for sure.
