I have started to realize that I'm missing a lot of music in the Music Cafe from artists that I would be interested in hearing, simply because I don't have the time to peruse that forum as much as I'd like. I was wondering, is there anything like an "Artist Thread" that could help listeners out?

Here's what I envision: Each artist starts a thread. Every time that artist releases a new song, they add an entry to their artist thread that has a link to the new song thread.

This way, fans can "watch" the artist thread topics for replies and never miss new tunes by that artist.

Does this exist? Could it work?

good idea, however in order to keep each "artist thread" as clean as possible, it should be left apart from the Music Café threads were the goal is to get feedbacks from different listeners. Maybe a new forum section?

These are good ideas. Next time I post a song, I'll post the song thread in Music Cafe, and create an artist thread in this forum (unless one of the other forums would be better).
