I'm planning on buying a celtic sample refill - but it dosen't have any bodhran samples on it - so I was wondering if there was anywhere to get any from for free? (Preferably some with a variety of sounds - (open/closed/rim etc.).

Hi there
I only know of a very unexpensive soundfont made by the guy who programmed Awave Studio: I am not sure, but the single bodhran-sf2 is just about 4,95$ or so. You could find it HERE. You'd need a program though to get the samples out of it if you don't simply want to use this soundfont. I think Awave studio (the demo) can do this, or Translator free.
Well, and they are 16bit 44100. I don't mind, but maybe you do
.
