Shamann, you´re completely right : if you have put dashes somewhere, you have to leave them. I leave mine too. I´m very flexible, but when it comes to dashes I never move an inch ( or 2,51 cm)...
:hihi: , cheers and have a good weekend... .. .

use of copyright material including distribution is prohibited without consent from the copyright holder. the only way it would be technically legal then, would be if:

1) you have consent from the coypright holder.
2) it has been documented in the past and evidence exists to show that the material in question was released into the public domain unconditionally. (this means, the copyright was given up completely.)
3) there is a fair-use exception, but the rules here are quite complicated and i'm quite sure would never be able to apply to distributing software against the copyright holder's wishes.

no i'm not a lawyer, but most of them are less accurate than i am anyway when it comes to pointing out logical and obvious facts, based upon my knowlage.
