Analogue mixer emulators

I've recently had the crushing disappointment of having my Amek BCII destroyed beyond use in shipping.
This got me thinking about just mixing in the computer using my kenton control freak SE and a drehbank.
But, I like the effect that a nice analogue console has on the mix. I was wondering if there are plug-ins that could emulate these artefacts.
I suppose they would have to add some subtle distortions, equalisation, limiting, compression, cross-talk maybe even a bit of noise and all round grit.
Does such a thing exist?

Analog mixer emulations?
Well these guys are probably the best: http://www.behringer.com/
The also do a pretty good job emulating stomp boxes.

At a guess, he's more after analog summing perhaps than just a GUI.
