Stereo in, 12 stereo out
a fader on the bottom lets you move the input across the outputs. Added glide parameter for smoother scans. Midi learn included. (you can also set first and last output to use, this is midi learn-able as well).

If you like this, I also have some similar simple tools.
(Sorry no site until someone helps me out)

A note or CC controlled hard audio switch

A Note or CC controlled midi switch (best used in sets b/c it only has one midi out per instance)
Image

4 CC smoothers with separate controls for increasing and decreasing values (you may also invert per CC on input or output or both)

A simple all notes off signal
Image
http://soma.spoonboiler.com/plugs/Soma_Panic.dll

Sends CC messages on transport signals. (Great for syncing sequencers together in XT's main window.)

A tool that lets you apply formulas to incoming CC's for instance out=.5(CC12)+.5(CC74) or out=-1*((CC12)-127) Read the help file to see what a real formula looks like.

Here's a new one:

A CC scanner with width. You pick a CC and the next 12 are balanced between 0-127 depending on the posistion fader. Eg CC1=50 CC2=127 CC3=50 CC4=0, etc.

I also made a .ext that maps the volume of 12 channels each to a CC, so that when you move the fader it works like the audio scanner, but there are a plethra of other uses for this (pans, sends, EQ bands, feedback on several delays, etc.)

New Delux, "DX", version of the CC scanner available!

This little beauty stores 2 values for 12 CC's (Max/Min). There is a Position fader that will change a CC's Value from setting 1 to setting 2 as it gets closer to it. You can control how close the position has to be to start effecting the values using the Width knob. You can control how fast the actual position follows your movements using the glide knob. You can fade from 0 to the faders' max values or from max to 0 using the Amp knob. You can cross fade (invert) the Max and Min values using the Max/Min crossfading knob. You can set which CC with be the 1st of the 12 (e.g. if set to 6 then CC's will be 6-17) using the First controller dropdown. You can control the start and end positions by pressing the Numbers (fun when automated). There are also your standard midi learn functions (press learn, move GUI, move an incoming CC). Most controls are already mapped to the first 10 CC's or so. Please PM me with problems.

Very awesome stuff Soma :D

Hey Soma, can you implement a feature in the Soma_CC_ScannerDX where you can deactivate some of the channels - so if you only wanted eight of them, the others wouldn't do anything.

If you only want 8 you can click on the numbers 1 on bottem and 8 on top ;)
(Width might bleed over to the others, if that matters you can use a midi munger to block those or you can set their max and min to the same value...)

cool :)
