i'll quote soma here, hope thats allright. (just lemme know and i'll delete/edit if needed.)
soma wrote: About midi learn... click button, move GUI, send CC. CC1 is already used. It is mapped to the fader (Parameter name: Position). If you would like to use CC1 for some thing else and only something else, click the bottom button to reset all CC's.
About the interface....
-The top row of numbers represents the last output you want to use (parameter name: End). You can select this by clicking on a number or using CC3 (or remapping it to whatever).
-Then you have a little line. This is just an indicator of the actual position of the output; you are not meant to move this (I should make it impossible to move).
-Then you have another row of numbers. This represents the first output you want to use (parameter name: Start). Same deal as end but it's default CC is 2.
-Below that you have a fader. This is used to control the percent of position between start and end outputs (parameter name: Position). It's default CC is 1. One thing to note is that Start can be a higher number than end in which case the actual output position will move inversely to the position fader parameter. You can see the indicator move backwards.
-To the right you have the glide knob (parameter name: Glide). You know what hat does.
-Then you have the learn button... a red dot lights up when it is waiting for midi.
-Then you have the reset CC's button. This will erase all CC mappings.

Here's a new one:
A CC scanner with width. You pick a CC and the next 12 are balanced between 0-127 depending on the position fader. Eg CC1=50 CC2=127 CC3=50 CC4=0, etc.
http://home.comcast.net/~soma720/Soma_CC_Scanner.dll
I also made a .ext that maps the volume of 12 channels each to a CC, so that when you move the fader it works like the audio scanner, but there are a plethora of other uses for this (pans, sends, EQ bands, feedback on several delays, etc.)
http://home.comcast.net/~soma720/ccscanner.ext
Also I fixed the broken link with the soma_scanner_lite.dll
