I hope the compressors are better in v2 - frankly, I thought the compression in v1 was terrible.

Seriously folks. I hate to say it, but it'd be one thing if you were hosting this image on your own web hosting service, but you're direct linking to NI's website and considering how many people visit KvR, that's a pretty big ~400k image having to be loaded over and over again.

Regarding GR2, it would be interesting to see how it fares when compared with the Waves GTR, which I found quite impressive. Looks like the competition is getting more fierce. :)

I have hosted images/other files linked here from my website and barely made a dent in my bandwidth available. Its like a free billboard.

I don't see a phaser in that stack, which is strange because the effects page on the NI site says there's a Small Stone clone. An envelope phaser would have been good.

Looks like they've got a Digitech Whammy clone in there, which would be cool if they get it right.

So are all these effects actually modelled on the hardware, or are they just the GUIs (visual cues that say "This is sort of like...")? They say "perfectly modelled" on the effects page, but it's not like we've never heard that before. Any one in the know that can give any insight on how closely they nailed the ProCo Rat or the Digitech Whammy or the Fuzz Face?
