Well, anybody who has witnessed the early days of the user forum (when that magic FL 2.7 version hit big around the world) will understand why Gol & CO might sound a bit rude.

Think about it like this: How would you react to people if the only human beings you'd seen for the past 6 months were millions of 13-year old's all screaming at you, at the same time, same things, over and over again?

They have 60,000 customers with seperate needs, and many more coming to them with problems/questions/suggestions. In my oppinion they are doing very well for just 2 people.

Be fair to JMC, he does not make a habit of insulting customers.

Gol is grumpy and obtuse yes, but he is the creative genius, so just be glad you can talk to him at all, who can you talk to from Steinbug, Reason etc?
