I was just about to mention the mnb one. Several filters out there will accept MIDI notes in to adjust the cut-off too, effectively the same thing. I'm pretty sure Frohmage does, I know Quadfrohmage does for sure. The Analog Industries Filterizer did too, but since Chris changed his site, I'm not sure it's still available.
I'll echo Muffy on this, Murmur and Murmur Pro are excellent.
