i need an eq/filter for my sub channel

ive just got a new sub.

i need an eq/filter so i can sort out the crossover point, and tweak the lower frequencies.

one with a sharp cutoff (filter) and an eq with a clear display of the hz?

can anyone help?

You should have a look at voxengo's bms plugin. Very useful for this situation.
