absolutely. You can already get periodic randomizations by attaching an external LFO (like the 8LFO by dunk: http://dunk.smartelectronix.com/) and map it via midi to control "pan-random" of all events in a certain track.
You cannot vary the randomization amount via midi though, but that can be arranged.
I'll make an item in the todo list and call it "internal lfo's" or something, it sounds pretty handy.

hi, I did not mean random LFO/Filter settings but a randomisation of the slice pattern although, of course, also randomisation of lfo settings seems to be desirable.

what I meant was: if an LFO sends midi CC's to liveslice that lfo can work as a periodic trigger to the randomize function (yes it's a bit technical I know
