I made a FR before about utilizing QWERTY keys for params and would like to stress that utilizing SHIFT and/or CNTRL would REALLY help with realtime on the fly live usage. I apologize for bumping this but case in point:
There are many instances where i play an arrangement with anyhwere from 4 to 8 tracks and i may want to mute/solo certain tracks. As of now, i would have to use 2 keys for each track; one for muting and one for soloing. With a Cntrl/Shift option, i can set ONE key for each track: Select a key to "mute", Shift or Cntrl and same key to "solo".
This is quick and easy AND it would also save me some keys for other params.

Rather than making this an integral part of liveslice, I'd like to create a seperate plugin that can do this. Like trollo, but with support for SHIFT, ALT and CTRL as well as sending out CC messages from keys, instead of just notes. This could be used to control other VSTi's as well :)

This is very likely to be released as a freebie :)

Edit: deleted old message..i was rambling. That's what happens when you stare at a computer screen too long :hihi:
I realize with the new plug, utilizing Alt/Cntrl would help with what i was rambling about.
In addition to the FR below, utilizing CAPS lock would be nice too (so one can be free from holding Shift key).

OHH!!!! And one other thing Ohm..... Could you make it so your new plug could utilize the "F" keys as well (F1 F2 F3 etc.)???
And how about that numeric pad?
If you implement this, you can kiss all those other plugs like Trollo goodbye!!
