help in creating a repeating delay with a rising pitch pls?

Tobybear's Madshifta. Only limitation is you'll have to set the delay time to a 16th note manually; it doesn't have auto tempo sync.
I think a couple of those PSP delays can do this, too.

In FLStudio you can set a regular delay on a send channel to 100% wet, and then set the peak controller after that, linking the pitch shifter's pitch to the peak input
