and what if you have events from different loops in one track?
or when you have several tracks using slices from the same loop?
i think it's not easy to implement that in a usable way.

well, i didn't want to smack that FR off, but you see the pointFormer Pharaoh wrote:OK, OK...I GET THE POINT!!
BUT .. i had an idea which comes close..
how about if the events from the selected loop get highlighted in another color than white as background (another blue tone - not like the transport indicator)?
only in the current displayed arranger of course.
that's what i like about forums.. an idea can evolve
[edit]just thought about it some more.. the events corresponding to the selected loop should have white backgrounds, any other could get greyish or light-blue backgrounds..[/edit]

I made the original FR because i hate scrolling. If i have 8 tracks on an arrangement, well you get the idea. I choose to display 2 tracks because if i choose four, the gui becomes too big for my screen where the matrix is unseen. I would make a FR to set up the GUI a bit differently but that's a whole other ball game and there are other priorities as Ohm stated.
Maybe if anyone has some ideas of what they would like to see changed as far as the GUI is concerned, that could be a new topic for future consideration?
