sonar 5.01 update

Is anybody getting trouble in downloading this update???????????????????????????????????????????
I am even getting a message to say that Cakewalk cannot verify my puchase.
I have e-mailed them and wait 2 days for any answer to arrive saying this link should work--but does not.
The customer support is very slow and if they are getting any trouble with their site on downloads they are not keeping us informed.
how can they not verify my purchase when I have their registration codes for activating Sonar 5.
there seems also a lack of communcation within their departments.
I have tried to download this important update for four days now without any luck.
Can anyone shine a light on this ????????
