I see you got that 88 semi weighted keystation, how is it?

Edit: I think it is at least, I see some buttons so I'm not sure.

I had a cutec as well! Started out with a Fostex, and something happened while it was under warranty and the store I worked at sent it off to be fixed and gave me the cutec to use till it came back. Seems it never returned. :hihi:

@ Fhangor:

Just kinda curious about those little grey fluffy things... Are they kiddie booties? Mice bits?

Whatever they are, I want a couple for my studio.

What I want now is a good pair of monitors, but no rush, as I use mostly the Headphones. I live in a building, 10th floor, you case you wonder. ;-)

William what is the patchbay for? It sure doesn't look like it's hooked up to much.

I have three patchbays, one dbx 48 point and two tascam 32 point. I have really only used the 48 point one in the last few years, I finally peeled it put my rack a couple years ago as my dependence on the computer has grown. I did have it normalled with my hardware fx pieces, a couple synths, my Pod and my GT2.

I still do have a very useful midi patchbay, made by 360 systems...8 channel. I'm not sure I would be too happy without it. The funny thing is, the store I worked for (a large local chain) dealt with a lot of used gear. I guess this thing made the rounds starting at 79....then 59...no one had a clue about it...they sold it to me for what they paid for it...biggest bargain ever. I came home and having never heard of 360 systems I looked them up on the net. within 24 hours I had a pdf of the manual (the biggest reason it didn't sell probably, no manual), learned about the company and was shocked to know how much this thing listed for...more then 10 times what I paid for it.

It's really cool because you can be very flexible with it. but also you can route signals anyway you want and it saves 100 programs. What is even cooler is each program will send send out a cc# of your choice for each of the eight channels..I also have a midiverb4 so back when I still was using hardware more it was sweet...I could be working on a song with the bass from one synth, the organ from another. I have a qsr as one, so it would change the patch, on my xp-10 it would set the patch once I programmed it and the xp was often had the xp-10 patched through it so I could save all those settings per song, and select my POD patch as well...one button the song is set-up exactly like the last time I worked on the song...:)
