How long does it take to get the downloads?

I purchased the manystation + ubk wusikstation special (with the later $49.95 manyguitar link) this morning. It has been many hours later and no download link.

What is the eta on the wait time - I want to get starter asap on discovering the manystation soundsets.

Your payment needs to clear due to the method you used.

When you pay via e check i get this message from Paypal.

This email confirms that you have received a Pending eCheck Payment for $89.95 USD from Mike Felker.

This eCheck Payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes 4 business days. If you are shipping an item, please do not ship your item until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account. You will be notified by email when the funds have cleared into your PayPal balance.



As advised by Paypal for transactions like this, we cannot ship untill this clears.
Most other payments via Credit card or Cash from your account clear instantly. But the echecks paid from your Bank account, take a few days. Nothing i can do to speed it up. They should have told you this too in an email?

To be honest, all the other stuff I have purchased was sent to me instantly, including wusikstation 1 and 2, all of BITR (vox'd and tsw pro), etc.

Secondly, that was the only option I was given. Had I been given the option for direct credit card, I would have paid it that way.

I really hate to have to wait five days for this. Can you cancel my order and give me a credit card order link?

I found out the problem. My credit card info was old on paypal - I updated it just now - how do we reset this and start over?
