I'm looking for a sample library that has sampled drums in the spirit of Jean Michel Jarre, Ian Boddy, Steve Roach and so on, vintage style stuff, not samples meant for thumping dance music. Can you reccommend any sample cd's that have such samples??.... or maybe I should just synthesize my own?

I believe Boddy has his own range of sample CD's (on Zero-G). Might be worth a look.

Yeah he does, but they're mostly sequences and soundscapes... pretty amazing sounds I might add, the man is God when it comes to synthesizers!

Infact, Id be old Mr Hollowsun could ply you with a few electro drums - he has sample sets from practically every vintage drum machine in exsistence!
