We've released it. Full source code included. The software is quite buggy and several years has passed since we touched the source code.
This was used to make and play the music in 64k demos, like these:

Hi Stefan,
I just checked out the first thingy you linked to that was made with it. Man, that sounds and LOOKS like a virus.
OK, joking aside, I rarely saw and heard things like this coming out of only that tiny bit of bytes. Very impressive. The synth sounds quite good. And this is released for free with the source code? Interesting to say the least ...

For free and with full sources indeed. Both for the tracker and the actual softsynth. My own fav part of the softsynth is its arpeggiator and its semi-modularity (free number of oscs per layer, free number of layers per instrument and note-ranges on each layer, good for drumkits and splits)
