I just got an email asking permission to bundle three of our synths in an upcoming CD they are going to bundle with some new product. Anyone else been asked?

What sort of product relevant in terms of VSTs would Behringer do? Just curious...

At least consider having them send you the product they're releasing with your plugins!

Yeah. Especially as BONES' plugins are free he won't get any extra sales from some Behringer promotion. So that's a valid advice.VitaminD wrote: At least consider having them send you the product they're releasing with your plugins!

I'm not fussed. The whole point of me making them in the first place is to promote NOVAkILL so if NOVAkILL synths are being distributed with Behringer products, its actually doing us a huge service.
I have no idea what the product is but if I find out, you can be sure I'll let you know.

Yep - got an e-mail today as well. Got a PDF 'contract', etc - no idea how you can fill that in, and it doesn't say where to e-mail it back.

Scanned signatures are not accepted as legal documentation by any private company or government agency I've worked with. And certainly not to bind a contract.Reverse Engineer wrote:Mr Arkadin wrote:...er, with a pen perhaps?j_p wrote:Yep - got an e-mail today as well. Exactly. That's why i was pointing out it's silly to assume (yet understandable.)jackson wrote:Scanned signatures are not accepted as legal documentation by any private company or government agency I've worked with. Good luck to you guys getting your stuff bundled with the gear, any publicity is good, right? I just hope for your sake nobody listens to them through a Behringer analog mixer

...er, with a pen perhaps? HiHi
There does not appear to be an address to send it back to, so I presumed it was done via e-mail - thinking maybe they just presumed everyone had Acrobat.
The only instructions are 'Please confirm your agreement to this proposal by executing the attached
Licence Agreement.'
I'm just having a problem choosing which method now...
