when you post, make a list of things you feel uncertain about...it can be enlightening...for instance I will hear a mistake, or percieve a mistake that no one else notices. So comparing the thoughts of others and our own concerns we can learn to listen to our own music more objectively. But don't ignore any of the advice, some might hear things you don't.

That's a fantastic idea! I need to do that more often so people don't criticize things that are in the music on purpose. Why didn't I think of that?

First off, I HIGHLY recommend you dont type in all-caps because it makes me wanna jump on you like the "animal" in a sweaty, man prison. In a nice way, of course.

Don't feel bad. Lots of great tracks get overlooked. Sometimes I get upwards of 200 views and less than a page worth of comments. Sometimes fewer views but two or three pages of comments. Occasionally, depending on when I post, the track gets pushed onto page 2 or 3 with no comments and by then I'm already seeing all the flaws in it and hate my own music and just delete it. Happens a lot; and I suspect to everyone who posts.
