my only complaint is not enough contrast inside the piano roll. If you are drawing notes far away from the little keyboard it is easy to put them in the wrong place.

other than that, definitely one of the best.

i agree. i uploaded a new version with slightly more contrast... too much, and notes with the same velocity start looking too different, and i don't like that either. i think it's better now though.

Not only are the chosen colours excellent, but the interconnection between the elements is thoughtful and the colour contrast is top-notch and eye-saving! The one that uses Live's default colours turned out really great, too.

I'm down with the B&W'ish (Live?) one. I like that and will have to remember to get it a home. I prefer the simpler ones as they are more liveable.

Only thing I can think of is the bar count within the SEQ, which is hard on the eyes.

unfortunately it takes the same color as the vu-meter (le_mix_vu in Leds) and i prefer the meter to be green.

you can change that easily by yourself in the skin editor, though i don't think that green really is hard on the eyes in the color-context, but that's just my personal opinion.

changed my "pizXT" skin slightly. small adjustments and new gui elements for latest energyXT version. same colors, octogons and weird sliders. great news, eh? complete sentences coming in future update.

I really, REALLY like this skin, very flat and cool on the eye. I'm personally not a fan of software that tries to look like hardware, so between this one and the LiveSlice skin I've got a couple of new faves
