nobody is trying to find warez users and bash them... we just think that developers should be paid (well most of them) for what they do...

and I guess that if you keep using your unlegit version of Sonar you won't get as much help anyway....

not trying to dis you or anything... I couldn't care less what other people download or not... but I honestly would feel uncomortable using unlegit stuf and even put out a CD with this...

mully I hate to say this but I know of (not know personally) a jerk on another forum who couldn't afford eXT but was using a cracked version of Nuendo (sp) to make and sell samples cds....personally that makes me ill when people like yourself and others work so hard...

well betabugs offer the stuff for free... but yeah I got your point... and thanks for the appreciation

well some people do it for the fun of it and that's great... so even people with no money (but enough to buy a PC) (hell there'll be a time when Kazaa offers downloadable PCs complete with cracked serials and stuff) can start making music

but other people want to make a living of it and that's great cuz they can put so much more time into developing products that bring so much fun to all of us and put smiles on our faces.... so they deserve to get some money for it...

hell nobody forces you to pay for software if you don't wanna use it... but if you want to use something and the dev wants money hell then start thinking if it is worth the money (to you) they ask for it and if so - go and buy it....

hell even some payware devs offer other opportunities for people that don't have enough money....

it's one thing to use cracks for fooling around (the extended demo excuse - which is bad enough) but people who want to make money using cracked stuff that is sick

open up any (or maybe it's certain ones? the legacy ones from past windows) of the *.wavs in the c:\windows\media folder in a hex editor, and it tells you how it was made in soundforge six cracked by (enter cracker here) twas fun+ hearing about that when it was going around.
