FR: Manual Sync

I can't remember if i made this FR B4 so forgive me if i am repeating myself

Make Manual Sync exclusive for each arrangement as opposed to have it global.
Reason for this is there are times i want to trigger an arrangemnt over another arrangement but only want the triggered arrangement to play from the start postion with each trigger.

I beleive it was mentioned before, and I have given it some thought.

What I'm gonna do is to make arrangement triggering a parameter in the "global" parameter type in the midi controller config. This way you can map arrangements to notes that are not in sequence, and make individual selections of toggle. You can even trigger via CC messages.

I will probably add a quicker way of defining this, like "midi learn" - click an arrangement thumbnail - press a note. Then a switch on each thumbnail to select toggle on / off.

absolutely - just forgot to mention it.
The switches will only be visible when the "midi learn" function is activated btw.
