Whats a good contract to give your vocalist?

Even if you write the songs, play the music and do all of the production work the singer will be percieved by the public to be the one who did it all. If you then put her on the cover, it's her album and you are a hanger on.

None the less, i would just give her a session fee, IF it makes any money. Otherwise, nothing.
