R66 is fantastic reverb for long ambiences and you can try a demo here

http://www.inuamusic.com/sonicflavours/ ... 6v1.03.zip

But very often you cant load it in FL studio. You can load it for the first time. Everything is ok. When you unload it and then load it again you will recieve a error window with:

Access violation at adress 00CDA556 in module FLEngine.dll. Read of address 00000004.

This problem is only in FL Studio. In Cubase i never had any problems with that reverb. Yet all other plugins(including third party)in FL Studio can work without ANY errors where R66 cant. So i suspect on R66.

I remember a half year ago when SpinAudio RoomVerb has same error but guys from SpinAudio fix it very soon.
It was something about buffers

Any possible solution?

I tried the demo with FLStudio and it works fine here. Loaded it in the master effects slot and a couple of others and unloaded/reloaded with no problem.

Don't know what the problem could be, but the times I've had access violation problems in FLStudio it's been because of flakey hardware. FLStudio seems to be a best RAM testing software there is..

Hehe ne. I will say it again. All other plugs work fine here. R66 too but only in Cubase. Whenever i wish to load it i FL i get that errors. Sometimes works fine until i close FL and open it again and then same problem???

I realy dont think that i have faulty RAM because i never EVER have any problem with my machine. Until now with R66. I am using newest EMU drivers. I have EMU 1820M.

Maybe its some driver settings....

For what it's worth, I had a similar problem, could load up Acid, Live, Soundforge with no problem, but with FL, I would get errors.

Anyway, you could try loading FL and R66 without any soundcard output set. That should at least rule out the driver. Have you gone through the "reset settings" bit and the online diagnostics?

No no soundcard driver problem. Thanks anyway..
