What's up with Convolver by Teragon Audio?
Mac only so far but interesting anyway!
Windows version soon apparently.

I voted Convo Boy. Better latency than SIR, dirt cheap and it does all that I need. Keep in mind though that I don't use IRs for reverb. I use Convo Boy for Spirit Canyon Audio impulses. Much more fun :D
