Isnt this Babya crap quite well known?
The guy (or company or whatever) makes really pikey music software and spams every forum he can find.
Im sure there was an incident about it on KVR not too long ago.

He literally just steals others creations and renames them (well, at least that's what he did with the "babya ultrasynth".)
