Well, I can't tell a guitar from a mandolin (actually, yes I can), but I tried this weirdest thing today on my neighbor's computer (he has GR2). I loaded up 3xOsc in FL with default preset, turned down the volume knobs on the 2nd and 3rd oscillators, sent it to FX channel 3 and fired up his GR2 in that channel. I changed the filter to bandpass and played around with the cut and res knobs a bit. I then tried a preset called 'Shredder' or something. When I played the keyboard, I swear, it sounded very close to an electric guitar.

So, the point is... it was so beautiful! For a few minutes there, I felt like... like... I was Slash!

I am going to steal his Guitar Rig 2.

Try ManyGuitar if want to sound like Slash.

Well, I am sure he uses a Guitar. And he has many rigs, out of which his favorite rig is Rig 2.
