I've done something cheesy and horrible to your loop. I'm truly sorry...the voices made me do it.

just cleaned it up a bit, I'm happy with the backtrack sliced out of the loop, for now
the live track needed a noodle though

Cool idea, liqih!
thanks mate, I like the "bad" mood of the bass + drums in your track,
BTW I think the drums should start as first in your track,

my little fsu piece: 8pointer - hickup.mp3
was fun to make & shouldn't be considered as serious...
cheers,
tl.
it's really something where I can still hear the loop but at the same time is something new on its own
a great creative job IMHO

Hovmod wrote:That was a very infectious little loop you served up there, mate.
I made this last night and thought it was pretty cool, funky and all that...
But then today I've listened to a few of the other pieces, and it kinda falls on its face.
And then there's the matter of getting sick and tired of the loop as well...
So here is the rough mix of a quick and dirty affair that might have been something if I hadn't listened to the 'competition' first...
A loop, a few presets, a bass and a couple of hours: My collaborative loop.
Pointless but fun. Thumbs up, liqih.
you play bass mate !?
very nice funky interpretation, thanks
hope to hear more from yours

Hehe - what you hear is what you get. Not very much, but a little bit. I find that even if I play it badly, it still sounds better in a mix than anything I program. I suck more at programming bass lines than playing them, I supposeliqih wrote: you play bass mate !?
Blame it on the boogie.very nice funky interpretation, thanks
I won't be elaborating on this theme - but maybe if you serve up some more loops. It was fun...hope to hear more from yours
Thanks.

Yup - a touch of a Kjærhus classic 'solid el-bass' preset there...

Taking this not very seriously I made this one in a looooong plane trip.
I used ONLY my notebook PC and a sequencer (no audio editor)
Converted in MP3 and Uploaded HERE - No direct link I'm sorry
This is my effort to DESTROY that loop
Cheers

Hey, I'm in! Late as usual...
Not sure what I've created here, just that I've had to cut out huge swathes of audio to get it to a reasonable length. Nice loop Liqih, thanks for the inspiration!
