OK, you know Paul and i are friends, and i didnt pay for this as such, but i really have to honestly say...

Manyguitar fuckin ROCKS!!!

It is without a doubt the best sample based guitar suit i have ever had the pleasure to use. The sounds and FX are awesome to say the least, and it looks great to boot

It has already found a spot in a new track im messing with, using the very beautiful Ozric Lead (by TC i beleive)

Great work everyone involved, i will def be using this a lot more in the future

i do have 2 small gripes tho;

1. presets take s long to load, but as they are big samples its forgivable given the quality.

2. preset list is one long list, can be a pain to scroll thru.

Hey thanks Dave!

What you mention about the preset list being one long list that you have to scroll, is Mainly an Orion Issue.

In other hosts Like say Sonar ... You get a chart like preset browser not a Scroll. Also say EXT, It lets you grab a Bar and Scroll Quickly but Orion will not do that.
So what you mention is a bit of a Host issue.

That said I am starting a feature request thread, and i already have a better preset system on the list. So this may improve ... But as said right now it is based on how your host deals with and shows FXBs ...This could really be improved in Orion too.

As for the longer load times on some sounds.
That happens with Samples .... No different at all here than with other products like SampleTank for example. Good Samples take a few seconds time to load.

After listening to the various MP3 tracks provided by some members of this forum, I was really impressed by the overall feel of them! Are there any plans to release a demo in the near future, course I would love to try it out to see if it fits my style of composing (ambient stuff}.

As ManyGuitar is 1.3 Gig of Sample Based material, it is very difficult to set up a proper Demo of the product.

Even if we do have a demo it will only have a couple "Lite" sounds in it. So really we cannot show off the product that way. Hopefully soon we will have something though so that at least guys can try it on their systems etc.

2Windy - Yes i hear you ..... I am an Orion User too. I mentioned it because Kriminal is on the Orion Beta Team so maybe he could get Rich to look into making the FXB View system work Better in Orion. I like the Page view rather than the Scroll. Either way ... It can be improved in Orion itself.

pj - Your Shipment is going out today .... You have to wait a few days now i guess. Anticipation
