Is Cubase SE3 for sale yet in the US?

i feel like fool, but i can't find SE3 anywhere. i thought it was released a couple of months ago, but it's not for sale at any place i've looked (sweetwater, musicians friend, etc etc.) cubase se is still everywhere. am i missing something?

(cubase le is trying my patience with it's two inserts and its time to upgrade btw)
