i have to complain about the plain white caption box containing the word "slice".

also how do you expect lazy guys like me to care without a demo mp3? somebody post one :(

Sigh... nobody reads the .TXT files...

CLICK on that "plain white box"... it allows you to set the effect style of the modulators (slice, dice, mince, etc...)

As for the chick, Hyung-Tae Kim drew 'er. On my DarkWare freeware page under each GUI I name the original artist if I didn't draw it.

Also why upload a 3 meg .MP3 when the VST is only 1 meg? Just DL it and try it or don't... it's not like you have to install the plug or anything.

wait, the vst is one mb? er..

i ment the plain white caption box ruins the rest of your obvious attempt at making a visually pleasing gui.

i assumed it was a caption box / drop box or something like that, i never bothered downloading it and being one mb i would have cancelled any download immediately anyway :O

compression?

getting me to download more than 500k as part of some code / binary is definitely going to take an mp3. does your mp3 need to be longer than 30 seconds? as a coder, i see such a thing as that being 1 mb as representing a lack of effort on the part of the creator.. so i wouldnt be surprised to find the same lack of effort in the code itself, you see where i'm going with this. an mp3 might prove me wrong.

eh? are you on a 300baud dialup? Or do you run your OS from a floppy disk or something?

I know you're the overlord of optimisation and would consider going beyond 100k a sacrilege. Still 1mb isn't a lot nowadays for a great new sounding effect for creative destruction of audio.

I mean no offense, JackDark - you know what a big fan I am of your work - but I'd use this effect no matter WHAT it sounded like. The GUI is just toooooooooo sweeeeeeeeet!
