I need a small and not too expensive Strings library.
So would this be a good one or are there better ones for a similar price around?
I prefer something about 2-4 GB, since my harddrive is getting quite full.

The library is ok, but limited depending on what kind of string arranging your looking to do.
All the articulations are pretty much spread out through the violins/violas/cello/dbasses. They don't all have all the articulations, so you wouldn't have the complete range available.
In the 2-4 GB range, I don't have many other suggestions though. If your set on samples, it would probably be ok. If you wanna go VSTi, check out psynful orchestra and Edirol. Both do strings ok. (not great)
