Add me to the list of satisfied customers. I've never had a problem. I changed my mind about a purchase several months ago & an email got me what I really wanted instead of what I ordered. They are courteous & professional in my experience. Their prices are often better than some of the competition. I won't hesitate to order from them again,

Another good one is Scitscat, also based in Miami FL. These mail-order discounters can make a REAL big difference on the price of expensive 'big name' boxed packages.

I like the satisfaction of instant download, but not when I can save $50 and up by waiting a few days...
