I have a question about reason 3 and cubase 2.2.
I want to use a vst in Cubase and have an effect from Reason on it.
As an example: I want to use the ph90 Phazer in Reason on a track in Cubase with a halion vst sound.
Rewire is working fine, but i do not know how to connect the effect to a track in Cubase.
thanks

That is probably the biggest weakness of ReWire. Scream4, RV7000, and the BV512 would rock if accessible from other hosts.
You might manage to port the patch of the VST you are using to one of the generators in Reason, and redirect the midi track to that. Of course, this may not be a feasible solution, it's probably possible to get very close, but chances of perfectly cloning the sound are pretty much nonexistent. And it would be a lot of work- even if an automated tool existed to port the patch, it would take a fair bit of work in tweaking it. Without an automated tool, you'd have to build the patch from scratch.

About the only way I can think is to write the track from Cubase SX to a WAV file, import the WAV file into a sampler in Reason, run it through the effects you want, then trigger it through the sequencer.
