Don't think so, but try this in a modular host:
Run your sound into Tinysplitter, send each stereo out to a different pitchshifter, then mix the signals back together.
Does it sound any good?

I would say elevayta's ChoirBoy http://www.elevayta.com and delaydots Multiband pitch shifter http://delaydots.com/ from the sound designers spectral suite qualfiy here aswell.
