But also, they seem inconsistent. For example, in their scores they awarded ProTools and Cubase SX3 8/10, Logic 7, Live 5, Reason 3, Sonar 5 and FL5 9/10... and Tracktion 2 the full 10/10.

Okay, so they are taking value for money into consideration of course... but even so this is obviously nonsense!

1. value for money is important, very important issue.
2. Tracktion 2 is the best entry level sequencer
3. Computer Music is (according to almost everybody here) THE BEST entry level magazine

i've been told that Tracktion has been a dead product since Jules went out of the boat.

dead as far as sales or dead as in "not moving forward" with new features and such? i assume companpies almost have to keep updating software to keep making $$$, but i know little of these things...thanks..
