Piece made with Philharmonik [ Entitled 'Moss and Haze' ]

I've discovered that if I use Philharmonik as a DXi, it solves many of the problems I was having (although causes new ones, but less severe). So now I can use automation which I take full advantage of here:

This is a finished piece (as far as I'm concerned, at least for now) made exclusively with Philharmonik (apart from effects). I had to adjust the tuning on the marimba, and I used stretch on the bass pizzicato, but apart from that the patches are basically all standard and AMV with very little tweaking. Reverb is GlaceVerb, which works rather well on Philharmonik, IMO

Comments would be wonderful, if you listen to the piece. Any ideas, for example, on how to get the cello to sound more like it's one instrument rather than two separate articulations (maybe I should be using more articulations?)? Any and all comments or thoughts are appreciated

On first listen I very much enjoyed the piece. It fit the mood that is holiday winter up here in frosty toronto- you get that mood with the pizz and bell/marimbas. it had that sort of dark Elfman sound to it i think(a la eduardo scissorhands). i liked the finished gloss it had on it, maybe this was Glaceverb in action? I'll have to check that out i've never tried Glace before.

RE: the cello, give me another chance to listen with fresh ears(and more critical ones) this week.

Thanks for all the comments, everyone I'm glad they were so positive.

On relistening today, I find that the cello doesn't sound too artificial if you're not actively listening for each individual articulation. By the way, the sheen could be the GlaceVerb, but it could also be the EQ (I have one each on most of the sections, and a final one on the Master out). The Master EQ keeps the very high and the very low, decreases the middle by a lot, and decreases everything else very slightly, if I remember correctly. It's not a particularly deep cut on any of the bands, but I can upload the patch (using Kjaerhus Classic EQ) if anyone wants to see - I went band by band and decided what kind of contour I wanted, and I think it works really well for that "modern, intimate, possibly aggressive" sound.
