I've actually got every single MP3 he ever released on one disc in my studio. The only song I'm missing actually is the "City of Anglers" one he wrote, if anyone has that, well, I sure would like a copy.
My favorite song is of course ComputerLand. I know he took singing lessons at some time in his life.

I think your GUI design philosophy rocks, pixels want to do what the artist wants, they don't want emulate.
RE your plugs, I never just launch my host to try some VST stuff. I work on two of three songs at a time, and test instruments and fx only in context of the current songs. I don't get to make music every day, ande most of my sequencer time is now soundtrack stuff so not "my own"... and even when I have my own time I'm not always in the mood for test driving some new stuff, I wanna grab my favourites and go. I have folder for candidate stuff, but some effecs lie there for a looooooooooong time before I check them out. Most of them do end up in the bin instead of working folder.
Long explanation on why I don't yet know if your stuff is gorgeously and originally wrapped crap or usable and interesting toolsware.
You might want to keep in mind that "free" itself is not worth a lot.

Eisteddfodd... ha ha you funny Vurt, you funny.
Things are looking brighter indeed bro, I had to get off my stupid soapbox and rewire my perception of what I'm doing a bit, but I definitely feel better now, thanks.

Thanks for the wonderful GGN, JD! You can really tell you put a long time into this. It's really deeper than it looks...it's the kinda plug you can run a drumloop through and just have fun tweaking the knobs.
Honestly, this could easily be buyware.
And I think this is better than your other glitchers in delibrate control over the effect. The sounds may not be as random and chaotic as GT or SS but more subtle and repeatable. It certainly surpasses the old GG and delivers true usable 'shadow glitches'.
I could see using this for some cool dark sounding neo hip hop....
Merry Christmas!

I don't have any feedback on your plugins yet, as I haven't tried them. I'll give them a go soon.If you want the plug, go here.
However, if you wanted feedback, you should have asked--stated it in original post. I don't know about the rest of the folks here, but I'm not a mindreader.
Not asking for feedback and then blowing up when nobody gave it is just kind unstable, IMHO.
But thanks for endeavoring to do something different with your plugins. Variety is the spice of life.

And saying "thanks" or stating an "opinion" should be common courtesy, but I'm not everybody else either.Qucifer wrote:if you wanted feedback, you should have asked--stated it in original post. I don't know about the rest of the folks here, but I'm not a mindreader.

wow.
I go away for a weekend and BOY, did I miss a thread!
Jack, I'm not saying anything I haven't said via personal email that I sent you...
You are now the "Go-To" guy for FSU plugins.
THAT, my friend, is NO small feat!
To become a well-respected developed in a short timeframe is one thing.
To become THE guy speaks volumes for your work.
So much, in fact, that I'll bet you dinner that no one "complained" when you started your Holiday sale
(even if they bought all of your plugins seperately a few days before...like I did)
If anyone DID complain, they should be publicly outed and stoned to death!
I know that in this stage of the game, I don't need demos, etc.
I'd buy any and all of your plugins sound unheard!
PLEASE don't let the cold, impersonal internet get you down.
I'm SURE there are MANY users ecstatic with your plugins,
but too shy to say anything.
I, for one CAN'T WAIT for my next live gig to hear your beautiful
destroyers over a GIANT p.a. system!
happy holidays
and a healthy and prosperous New Year
all the best!
