im mighty late to the thread here but for what its worth...

i think just using sickle is the better way to go because i believe its more marketable. various connotations aside, sickle is easier to remember, easier to say, and is more "catchy" (for lack of a better word), while still retaining an appropriate vibe to match the music. i just think it makes a bigger impact and will have a better chance of staying in a listeners/customers memory.

also, from a graphic design standpoint, i suspect it would be easier to work with on cd covers and other marketing materials.

I think your current name would put off a large segment of people who would otherwise check your stuff out. You need something a little more subtle. Dropping the 666 might be a step in the right direction.
