Hi, Im looking for a reverb wich will expand the sound but wont distort it. Like making things sound like they are in a metal tube.
Thanks,
Thanks,

I didnt explain my self correctly. I do not want it to sound like its in a metal box/tube. I want the sound to expand but not distort in any way...

Maybe it's that what you mean: many people say, a reverb tail 'glues' more or less to the dry original signal. If it 'glues good', the reverb will sound like a part from the original itself, say, you cannot distinct between both, the reverb tail and the original, dry signal.
A good reverb can do this. I personally think, a very good one in this discipline is the ArtsAcoustic Reverb (http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1725.html).
Check it out with their demo and let me know, if it helped!
(A little hint: try to set diffusion to lower settings, as it will rise the early reflections which are quiet necessary to get the 'glue' effect).
All the best,
friteuse.
