Step Sequenced Multi-FX. Yeah, along the same lines as dBlue Glitch, but with more in-depth contols for the induvidual effects. Or, as can be set up in something like e-xt, user definable VST effect slots for each step.

here's what I want.
a stereo delay with independent channel control over depth, width and length. then I want each stereo channel to have a series of independently configurable effects (bitcrusher, tremelo, distortion, reverse delay, high/low/bandpass filters). on top of this I want to be able to set the wet/dry of the channel effects independently on each the original signal and the delayed signal so that the original signal doesn't have any of the distortion/bitcrushing/etc.
if you could wrap all that up in classy GUI with minimal CPU usage and get me a copy for free, I'd be happy as shitballs in the summertime.

A suite of individual tools that each does one thing, and does it efficiently (cpu) and well (sound). Basic things, like a compressor, a gate, a delay, a ring mod, etc. All the things that I'd want as inserts/sends when I was tracking/mixing with a small enough CPU/memory footprint that I could use multiple instances to track/mix in my DAW of choice.
I know this is the sort of thing that most people use the built in effects for (so do I), but I'd like different sonic options without having to load a larger more robust effect that is just overkill. Loading camelSpace (which I love) for an eighth-note delay on a guitar just doesn't make sense.
That being said, I'd also like something along the lines of TC Electronics Harmonizer.

i SO could use a true ringmod, that actually multiplies 2 diff inputs, rather than multiplying with an internal waveform (like all of them ive found so far, does.)
this would be useful in eXT etc.
