Now who was it that was tearing my spleen out a month ago for suggesting that Truths sound similar to Mackies? URGH!

That was me, bduffy. Sorry about the spleen. Was just trying a little internet surgery. Take two Mackies and call me in the morning.

I saw the Bluesky Mediadesks in a shop the other day whilst buying a mixer. The satellite units are tiny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BlueSky MediaDesk 2.1 are great.
A friend of mine had Event20/20bas before. He switched to BlueSky for their great stereo seperation and neutral/flat sound. He told me the Event's one are also very good, but too good to his ears whatever this means.

Thanks for the advice! That sounds logical, I guess I could train with SPAN and my old sub. I've got nice AKG phones as well.

I've been struggling with bass problems here so maybe going for small speakers is the only solution- bass traps are not likely to find their way in our living room

I see now they have the Truth B2092A's out. Would these be a significant step up from the previous generation of Truth monitors, or would it be a better deal to get the cheaper previous-gen Truths? On Behringer's site the price difference isn't that much...
