IT was on sale so I went ahead and bought it. WOW, aside from the CPU hit this is outstanding stuff, and a bargain at 55 bucks. The delay is pretty good, and prolly the best "tape"ish delay Ive seen for vst.
Go ahead, buy it. SAP recommends it.

TapeBus is like no other plug. Wish I knew what all those knobs were for though.

Yeah The chorus is great, easy to get nice and beatley abbey raod rotary speaker sounding guitar sounds with it. Tape bus and impulse also eggcellent.
I got voxformer and vintage modulator off of Ttoz, and rather enjoy them as well. Marquis has been my track / mastering comp since its release.

me either.
the rest are great, mostly the impulse one, just like pristine space but only stereo, just what I needed.

it's just so damn useful. the analogflux suite would have been the other choice, but opted against it, as i am not really a fan of chorus fx and am fairly content with the delays i have.

Well I hope all of you are proud of yourselves.
Whether you know it or not, you are enabling a plugin addiction.
I have already got gliss and marquis and they are superb. Then Voxengo announces this sweet sale... and now you guys.
Well that's just great. Nice going, jerks.
But seriously...
I was looking at taking advantage of this sale as well. After Tuesday my order(s) will be in. I was going to grab Voxformer as my track strip, but now I may get the Analogflux suite as well.
I just have a few questions about the plugs.
What's the difference between TapeBus, Insert and Impulse? What situations do each of them work best. The delay and chorus seem really nice and I understand where I would use each. If I want to make tracks sound as though they were recorded on a reel-to-reel, which one (TapeBus) works best? Maybe you could shed some light on the subject.

the first step is admitting that you have a problem.wwwill wrote:Well I hope all of you are proud of yourselves.

the second step is buying more plugins.
the third step is to go to step one and start again.
(i may have gotten steps one and two mixed up)

Yes great toys. The AFChorus is usually the first one that I grab.
Does any of you use Transmodder? I've been looking at that for a long while, but I guess I'm just waiting for a group-buy or Christmas sale
