It's good to see they've got laws instilling the right to make your own copies for your own use.
But as for the other stuff...
Les Francais sont foux.
France was the only Soviet country that never actually became Soviet. In fact they seemed to continually vote in hard right presidents and mad leftist governments. Maybe the population just do it for the entertainment value - can't say fairer than that.
