Difference in FL Recording?

What is the difference or advantage with recording my vocals in FL Studio in 16 bit as opposed to 32 bits. I have a 24 bit sound card by the way.

32 bit will have more quality and allow you to work with it more (it will be a bigger file)

The bit rate of the soundcard does not matter--you can still get 32 bit floating point in FL with a 24 bit sound card
