Amplitube 2 delay due to copyright?

Have you noticed that the new IK post of the amplitube 2 interface has changed for the worse. Take a look at the "vintage" stomp pedals. They used to look a lot like the real ones (Tubescreamer with it's ridged silver footswitch, the Fuzzface, and the MXR phase 90 looked pretty damn good), now they look a lot more generic and...well very cheesy. I'm wondering if the big delay was due to a copyright infringement suit by Boss or Ibanez etc. I know the sound is the important thing but this is a little disappointing.
